I love to OD and my trip of choice is………I love building businesses too, whether my own or partnering with my clients to build theirs! As a child, I would take apart gadgets and put them back together. I succeeded at some and failed at the others. I learned with each success and learned more with each failure. Thankfully, I am a quick learner and I quickly incorporate my learnings into present & future work.I am somewhat of a maverick and I think it is an important quality when looking to transform an organization’s landscape. I believe it is important to be unconventional, it is important to think out-of-the-box, it is important to be brave while being in balance with the ongoing business landscape. And this is what I bring to every customer conversation, laced with some humour too! 😊I would best describe myself as a serial entrepreneur. My business graph began in the IT Software & Service space and has evolved with the way this industry has scaled. More recently, I ventured into the HR Services space and, personally, it has been such a perspective expanding move. Given my experience in the IT space, it has been natural for me to explore the potential of cutting-edge HR technology. Consequently, it has been a natural next step to collaborate with DarwinBox, a new-age, digital HCM suite for enterprises.This is how I would sum up what I do. I partner with organisations to transform & create more effective workplaces. I absolutely love to facilitate and simplify human interactions.
