During my internship as a Data Analyst, I took on a project analyzing employee attrition rates. I used machine learning to create a predictive model that identified key factors behind why employees were leaving. I also built an interactive dashboard to make the data easy to understand and use. This project helped me develop my skills in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, and I loved being able to turn complex data into meaningful insights for the team.
