Document Classification(Pharmacovigilance Domain): Core member of the team responsible for building a machine learning utility in the form of a Web Based tool to POST Pharmacovigilance domain related text to the UI and then predict whether that text is ICSR or non-ICSR, using LSTM neural network model. Along with this to include exclusion and inclusion criteria by way of employing business logic or text classification algorithms. • Created the Utility called “Enricher” in Python using Business Logic to convert Text into JSON Object, parsed the JSON Object to gain control over its entities, made amends to those entities based on business requirements eventually conceptualizing the right way to identify J&J Drug from a text • Employed identification of Exclusion (non ICSR) and Inclusion (ICSR) Special Cases based on either business logic (based on what were the criteria for each of the special cases) or binary classification algorithm. • Loaded the Data into Python with the aid of Pandas and Numpys • Employed Data Cleaning techniques using substitution by Regular Expression • Text to Numeric Matrices conversion using CountVectorizer, TFIDF Vectorizer and Hashing vectorizer • Model building (Logistic, Random Forests, Naïve Baiyes, LSTM Neural Network) • Model Accuracy, Model Validation
