Implement the safety requirements in the department.• Comply with the requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001.• Operation of Effluent Treatment Plant – The system consist of Anaerobic and Aerobic process. In this the collected waste water streams are neutralized and after giving the Physiochemical treatment, clarifier to settle precipitates fed to the Anaerobic digester, aeration tanks , secondary clarifier, pressure sand filters and finally the treated water.• Operation of Multiple Effect Evaporator System (MEE) – To treat the waste of the high TDS & COD, the waste water processed by the Multiple Effect Evaporator system. It was a three Stage Process. In this the condensate is further treated in the Effluent treatment to reduce further the TDS and COD. The Solid waste / concentrate is further stored and incinerated in the incinerator to reduce the risk of hazard associated in solid form finally converted in to ash and packed storage in the designated Hazardous Waste Storage area. And the quantity of the waste is recorded in the hazardous waste register for the reporting to the PPCB.• Documentation as per Pollution Board Requirement.

Worked on errectioning and commissioning of combined ETPs to treat wastewater generated from pharmaceutical industry. Conducted EIA study of the Anuja Impex Derabassi a bulk drug project, and propose the design of the MEE to treat the high TDS and COD streams.Conducted EIA study of the Ind Swift Laboratories Derabassi. It is an expansion project of existing facility.Conducted EIA study of the Quark City Mohali, it is and infrastructure project.Installation and commissioning of the Effluent treatment plant of Ins Swift laboratories Samba a Bulk drug project.Responsibilities: - • Adhere safety in the workshop and at site.• Coordinating with the clients. • Project monitoring. • Day to Day scheduling. • Erection and commissioning. • Maintaining records of data collected from sites. • Supervision of fabricated equipments. • Conduct EIA Studies.
