In my current role at Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, I am committed to executing Rail and Road Dispatch Operations Management with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and safety.Rail Dispatch Operations:*Supervise daily rail dispatch operations, ensuring efficient rake placement, monitoring, and release.*Manage comprehensive rail dispatch documentation, including SAP, IFMS entries, and logbook maintenance.*Collaborate closely with the Urea Product Handling Team to ensure seamless rail operations.*Coordinate with Railway CGS (Chief Goods Supervisor) and SS (Station Superintendent) to ensure smooth placement and removal of loaded rakes from plant premises.Road Dispatch Operations:*Ensure round-the-clock truck availability to meet dispatch requirements.*Manage the timely entry of empty trucks and the efficient exit of loaded trucks from the urea plant.*Oversee the creation of truck dispatch documents in SAP and IFMS, ensuring accurate reconciliation.*Manage the entry and exit of ammonia tankers, documenting their movements in SAP and the E-WAY bill portal.*Facilitate smooth supply operations by making timely decisions and upholding safety protocols within the plant premises.*Provide targeted training to truck drivers and other personnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
