I have demonstrated success in driving Growth, Retention and Monetization in both b2b and b2c space. In the last 8 months I worked on driving the user retention and engagement and improved the engagement on feed by 5% mom. We created and leveraged an AI/ML powered recommender engine and gave an omnichannel experience to our 80k monthly active users. Before this, I worked on simplifying the healthcare logistics using a product suite including fleet management, a CRM and the fleet mobile application. My goal is to learn more about AI/ML and leverage it to create radical products.
