I’m a recent graduate in Computer Systems Technology, Advanced Diploma, (2021-2024) with a solid foundation in IT hardware and software, backed by hands-on experience. During my studies, I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge as a Service Desk Analyst in a co-op position at Lakeridge Health in 2023, where I’m now continuing to grow professionally.I have practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting, along with a solid understanding of virtualization, cloud computing, Active Directory, Exchange, IT Security, networking, and SQL. My technical skills extend to network infrastructure, where I’ve worked with routers, servers, BTS systems, and cabling, developed during my time as a telecommunications technician. I also have experience and knowledge in electronics, electrical installations, telephony setup, and Health and Safety procedures. I’m bilingual (French and English), allowing me to communicate effectively in diverse environments. My goal is to continue expanding my expertise in IT, with a focus on roles in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud administration, and VMware administration, while pursuing certifications that align with my career aspirations in enterprise IT.
