I own the code, applications, and systems at Advanced Kiosks and I work every day to ensure that our platform continues to serve the ever-changing needs of our customers and stakeholders. I work across sales, marketing, design, QA, onboarding, security, and support to nurture our product roadmap, and to turn it into actionable deliverables for our engineering staff. I set quality standards for our code and products at large. I lead engineering through murky requirements, and I work very closely with the business to ensure a balance between doing it right and doing it right now. During my time here I have personally developed a video chat solution, multiple payments solutions, a bespoke accessibility and screenreading solution, any have integrated a decent number of peripheral devices such as cash recyclers, credit terminals, scanners, microcontrollers, and KVM-over-IP devices. I have extensive experience working in highly regulated requirements, such as spearheading our FedRAMP ATO. I am quite proud of my role offshoring software development to our Ukrainian teammates who continue to exceed our every expectation. I am most happy being hands on with product development, seeing it grow from conception to maintenance.
