As executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO), I oversee Jackson's business operations focused on providing superior service to our customers, distribution partners and their financial advisors fueled by an industry-leading operating platform. I also lead Jackson's enterprise technology, digital, data, AI and information security functions. I thrive on using leading-edge technology to improve our associate, customer, and financial advisor experiences with a focus on scale and efficiency.Under my leadership, Jackson has transformed into a more agile organization and has won numerous technology and customer experience awards.Active within the industry and community, I currently serve on the board of the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) and Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan. I am a frequent panelist and speaker at industry events, offering insights and learnings from Jackson’s business-led digital transformation as well as thoughts on trends and issues within the overall retirement space. I am proud to serve as chair of our corporate sustainability working group and be a member of our corporate charitable giving approval committee. I earned my bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, and power from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in India. I'm a self-proclaimed foodie, love playing all racquet sports and enjoy spending my free time with my family.
