Current- Recruitment -
- Managing the entire life cycle of recruitment process, strategizing and planning for recruitment activities and resource management.
- Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions, short listing the resumes based on desired skills, experience and job requirement. Resourcing and screening resumes.
- Arranging telephone and Personal interviews of shortlisted candidates with respective hiring manager. Involved in shortlisting and selecting the right candidate for the right job
- Preparing and issuing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.
- Responsible for post offer connect activity with selected candidate till he joins the organization.Employee Induction -
