I am a Physiotherapist by profession. I started my career in the year 2002 as a Clinical Physiotherapist with Kentman Physiotherapy centre and then in a year i moved onto Care and Cure Physiotherapy Centre. Both were Out-Patient Rehabilitation centres where i had the oppurtunity to work with lot of Paediatric, Adult Orthopaedic, Neurological and Sports injury cases. In the year 2004 i had the oppurtunity to work with Dr.Alpana Khandelwal in Spinal Rehab Department in Soundarapandian Bone and Joint Hospital and Research Institute which is a 66 bedded Orthopaedic speciality Hospital based in Chennai. I was exposed to various New concepts and methodologies like Mulligan's, Maitland's Concept of mobilisation and manipulation, Dry needling concept, Neuro-Dynamic Solutions, Muscle activation concepts, Kinesio-Taping techniques and Kinetic Control concept etc. During my stint with Soundarapandian Bone and joint Hospital and Research Institute, the core concentration was treating Spine related disorders through a holistic treatment approach.I continued to work with SBJH till September 2015 as a Senior Physiotherapist. From September 2015 till 25th August 2016 i took over as the joint Head of the Department. Since my husband was working in Dubai i had to quit my job with SBJH and relocated to Dubai in September 2016.
