The PLP is the observation and enhancement process that undergraduate students in education programs undertake to study and manage various aspects of education in the academic unit. The PLP aims to establish an identity foundation for educators or educational workers and to develop understanding and skills in using infrastructure, managing institutions, implementing effective leadership practices, and understanding the societal culture that promotes the development of formal education processes.Several activities were carried out during the PLP program:- Observing school activities, ranging from extracurricular activities to race events.- Examining aspects such as the school's dress code, study system, study hours, etc.- Creating learning media.- Developing quiz questions as part of the lessons.- Teaching in 11th and 12th-grade classes.At the end of the PLP program, several achievements were obtained, including:- Providing two lesson materials to 37 students for two classes, each for one meeting (1 meeting = 90 - 120 minutes).- Organizing a gymnastics event together once.- Compiling a program report during the PLP, acquiring almost all the necessary data through observations.
