Current1. Collecting and defining all candidates for required positions (candidates database)2. Proposing short listed candidates by HR to user (in collaboration with OD/Rec Officer and Supt)3. Preparing recruitment test schedule for short listed candidates by user and inviting them by email and phone4. Preparing all documents for employee induction program (Policy, GCG, COC and slide)5. Inputing database for employee’s LOO (name, position, div, DOH, etc)6. Preparing recruitment and MCU (prodia) expense claim7. Preparing monthly recruitment progress report 8. Inputing and updating final new hire employee from OD/Rec Supt (name, position, div, DOH, MCU result, NPWP and bank account).9. Preparing MCU letter and LOO’s Cover letter for employee required docs.10. Collecting a copy of employee docs and Inputing it into employee database (KK, NPWP, KTP, Bank Acc)11. Inputing training data & internship program into database12. Filling documents for employee docs, training, employee probationary period, and internship program 13. recapitulating employee attendance & leave14. Monitoring & ordering pantry, stationery, taxi voucher, magazines/newspapers, plants, and Deodorizer room15. Registering & monitoring Company asset
