As a Talent Acquisition, my main works involve:• Performing end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening & interview candidates, offer process, prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature) Dedicated to Non Tech positions for all Business Pillar in SIRCLO Group (including Warung Pintar)• Approaching “Best Talents” from many sources & negotiate with them to be part of the team• Fulfill job requistions as agreed SLA for the assigned fuction(s), from Junior level to Manager level• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards• Maintain the filling system (ATS) Freshteam of candidate application, including manual tracking• Conduct the onboarding for every new hire• Liase between new hires and HR Ops team, ensuring, submission of all documentation required• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team• Other administrative tasks related to the HR Group System• Actively in-charge to Walk In Interview projects in every 2 weeks for Sales Warung Pintar• Lead Internship/Freelance non tech TA team
