Conducting field research activities to understand user needs, mental models, and client requirements, to get a conceptual model. 3. Creating Story Boards, Intuitive Task Flows and User Interaction Models with Usability and Safer Healthcare as prime objective. Preparing Low Fidelity and High Fidelity Prototypes. 4. Conducting Usability Testing Activities and User Group Meetings to validate the design and get feed backs. Analyzing data and preparing Usability Reports to be a part of Human Factors - DHF as mandated by FDA.5. Managing and Delivering Screen Flows and Functional Elements for GUI using Adobe Creative Suite Lead - Product Support: 1. Defining the Product Support activities,handling customer complaints and customer communication protocols2. Preparation of Product Support Materials like User Manuals, Brochures, Reference Guides and IFUs; Product Labels development which are compliant to all required Medical Devices Labeling Standards and UDI Rule.
