Main Project: Survey on Patient’s Food SatisfactionObjective: To investigate on the patients’ feedback regarding hospital meals andidentify areas of improvements.• Developed a questionnaire to interview a total of 200 patients and identifyareas of improvement in food service.• Analysed survey data and recommended sustainable solutions to improve theoverall patients’ satisfaction towards hospital’s meals.Other main duties included:• Developed carbohydrate and calorie counting catalogue by usinghousehold measurements such as different bowl sizes for betterpatience compliance in following diabetic diets.• Assisted the food service department in plating 600 patients’ meals daily.• Conducted regular checks on patients’ plating slips to ensure correct mealswere ordered.
