Preparing intercompany contra liaising with intercompany person in charge. Responsible for month end closing, timely preparation of financial management reports including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial analysis. Supervise billing receivables and accounts payable functions to ensure prompt billing/collection & proper accountability of expenditure and cash / forex management Liaise with external consultant and auditors on all audit/accounting issues as well as ensure that the group meets and complies with all accounting, tax and legislative in India. Ensure proper controls in place on AR, AP and GL. Managing and monitoring of aging accounts. Approving monthly GST and WHT report prepared by external consultant from India, ensure accurate and timely submission. Develop, implement, maintain accounting / management information and internal control system. Ad-hoc tasks assign by the management. Organizing & ensuring the proper (and timely) submission of Monthly Reports from all entities within APAC. This would include performing sanity checks of numbers & variance explanations to aid in the overall preparation of monthly report to Holdings; Oversee the preparation of the monthly APAC Balance Sheet Analysis (covering Cashflow Statement & Net Working Capital, including its accompanying KPIs) to aid in the overall preparation of monthly report to Holdings; Review each entity’s new investment proposals and sent out for management approval. Update investment and divestments monthly and co-ordinate with Equipment Director in preparation of quarterly report to Holdings; Preparing equipment & personnel utilization in preparation of monthly report. This would include post utilization explanation of each entity.
