As a Logistics Coordinator, my duties is to involve a variety of responsibilities related to the management and coordination of logistics activities. Here are some of the main tasks : 1. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of goods according to operational needs and customer requests. 2. Organize and supervise the process of sending goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers, including scheduling and tracking deliveries. 3. Communicate with suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers to coordinate deliveries, address issues, and ensure satisfaction. 4. Compile, check and store all logistics documents, including invoices, waybill and shipping contracts. 5. Optimize delivery routes and select efficient transportation methods to reduce costs and delivery time. 6. Handle and resolve problems that arise in the logistics process, such as shipping delays or inventory errors. 7. Manage logistics budgets, including expenses for transportation, storage and other operational costs. 8. Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, including cost and delivery time analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement. 9. Implement and monitor logistics technology systems, such as warehouse management and shipment tracking software, to increase efficiency. 10. Ensure that all logistics activities comply with applicable regulations and policies, including safety standards and customs compliance.
