Area for responsibilities:Responsible for conducting statutory audits, component team audits and internal control review in oil and gas industries (upstream and services) and other industry.Job descriptions:1. Been an in-charge in the clients for the audit field until reporting which directly report to manager;2. Perform audit procedures by understanding the business of company and test of control to verify the effectiveness of internal control and related accounting systems of the company;3. Perform audit procedures for substantive test on financial statement accounts to assess whether its compliance with the regulation and accounting standard by executing audit program steps;4. Managed staffs in conducting audit and reviewed related working papers;5. Coaching, supervising and reviewing audit working papers of the junior staff;6. Leading the audit team for work effective and efficient for meet the set deadline;7. Communicate and discuss with superior (Managers, Senior Managers and Partners) for the audit findings also developed recommendations and reported to superior for any audit issues and/or audit findings;8. Communicate and discuss with clients' top-level management for the audit result and prepare the audit reports for finalizing the audit result;9. Provide the audit service for client from planning until reporting/wrapping-up;10. Maintain the team (senior, staff and intern) who work under my supervision in order to build the better working environment; and11. Reviewing the client's financial reporting systems and policies and see if the financial reports are accurate, complete and in accordance with local, national and federal audit requirements and standards.
