My responsibilities involve: Managing a team of 8 professionals involved in development and QA activities. Coordinating with Architects, Developers and DevOps to research and improve the products quality. Provided clear concise feedback to Development team on recurring errors both on individual and team basis with aim of long-term reduction of defects found in final release Conducting test escape and root cause analysis on customer issues based on which, further enhancements are done to the test plans for future products to mitigate the test escapes in future Ensured the delivery of quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation, and continuous improvement initiatives following Agile methodologies Also involved in handling the project level activities like preparing SOW’s, EBIDTA analysis, Project creation, Invoice generation and Resource management activities.

My technical responsibilities involve: Developing a Hybrid framework using selenium webdriver (java) to perform automation testing on their applications Salesforce, Appian BPM and Adbook Performing Quality Assurance activities on application deployed on Cloud and On-premise infrastructure  Employ Business intelligence testing, solutions, and reports; Analyze and report defects.Challenges faced: • Triad is a pioneer in Digital Retail Media and use Salesforce as an interface along with Appian BPM and Adbook. The challenge was to create a single automation framework that integrates all these applications within a very short time frame.• Create generic scripts to validate brand pages during release cycles. My solution:• A robust hybrid framework using Selenium Webdriver was developed in two months integrating all the applications. An executable jar was generated that was adapted by other QA teams to extend their automation coverage.• Developed reusable generic scripts that dynamically capture the object on the webpage and validate them against the requirements provided.

My responsibilities involve: Implementing complex x-path element locator strategies that are cross browser compatible (all IE browsers 9, 10, 11, Chrome and Safari). Developing Scripts and conducting code review as part of one of the few mandatory code reviewers in team. Documenting new test cases from the requirements and application. Verify the application (both client and browser) for 508 compliance using keyboard and screen reader.  Conducting application feasibility study and guided team in test suite implementation. Leading member of the team that implemented framework and test cases.Challenges faced: • Informatica Analyst UI is built using custom controls like images as checkboxes and radio buttons, Html tables as drop down lists and menus and Tree Views for navigation. • Application uses lazy load technique if it has more elements on the page to display. My solution:• I implemented script libraries using elements class and image source path to handle checkboxes and radio buttons. • To achieve navigation in Tree View I developed libraries to generate x-path dynamically based on the tree element to select. • To overcome applications lazy load technique I developed scripts to check for custom scroll bars and scrolling down to select given element before throwing any error.

My responsibilities involved: Automating the testing of a Web Based Banking Application (Global Banker) for its client using SilkTest.  Implementing Automation Framework (Hybrid Framework) using SilkTest. The Frame Work was Developed in 2009 R2 using Classic Agent and then moved to SilkTest 2010 Open Agent. Preparing Estimation sheet and traceability matrix for automation. Creating, executing and maintaining automation scripts based on scenarios. Conducting Functionality and GUI Testing and develop the framework and test cases for application performance and Regression testing.  Implementing various libraries and functions to automate the scripts.  Developing Scripts that are cross browser compatible (all IE browsers 6, 7, 8 and Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8).Challenge faced: SilkTest does not support Delphi applications natively but can make it to work to its best by mapping custom classes to standard classes. Here the custom objects could not be mapped to standard classes.My solution: I implemented custom APIs that identified these custom classes to enable mapping to standard classes.

My responsibilities involved: Testing of Medical Electronics Software Product. Implementing automation framework in SilkTest automation tool for a Medical application. Developing framework and test cases for application performance measurement. Implementing various libraries to support the objects not recognized by SilkTest. Providing premium technical support to various clients on SilkTest and Silk Central Test Manager (SCTM). Delivering corporate trainings on SilkTest automation tool and SCTM for clients like Philips and Datafarm. Worked as Consultant from QuEdge Software Solutions to extend support and training in Automation tool - SilkTest and in Test Management tool – Silk Central Test Manager (SCTM) Extended the scope of testing by identifying and documenting new test cases after a thorough study of the application and its Functional Specifications Document. Proposed design document to implement complex test cases using accessibility and other features of SilkTest Proposed advantages of using SilkTest projects in automation to client which eventually accepted and recognized it as a great contribution towards automation Undertaken SilkTest and SCTM training for entire team towards the benefit of the project

Joined Jinesh Higher Education Services (JHES) as junior operations manager.During my time with JHES I was involved in: Preparation of Project Report for procuring license from the Ministry. Providing support for the initial setup of the Institute. Counseling potential candidates. Conducting initial tests and short listing suitable candidates.
