-Daily sales and integration posting, fixing integration errors, creation of tax codes and rates. - Create and maintain chart of accounts, Mapping the Local code to global code using MDM, Cost Center mapping, Product line mapping. - Mentoring & managing the sub ordinates with all JV’s, addressing with issues, client call on a monthly basis, guiding them with the appraisals, addressing with the management mails, Audit & other tracker and report submission. - Organizing weekly meeting with team members regarding the work allocation, process improvement and pre month end plans. - Prepare & giving the entries to team members for posting (accrual, prepaid, revaluation, FX related and other reclass entries for the month end). - Ensuring correctness of the entry by the concerned AR & AP team in order to avoid variances. - Prepare BS recon after month end by reviewing all Balance sheet items and providing the supporting for all entries pertaining to the month and submit it to the site controller for review. - Maintain all the entry booking and the backup documents according to the SOX compliances. - Preparation and submission of FX Exposure report to Corporate Treasury Team for Hedging purpose- Performing AP, AR, GL, GST Month End revaluation- Initiate Intercompany vouchers (ICV) and cross charge within the child company and account the same in our books to avoid Inter Company variances- Comparison of forecast VS actuals under different heads of MOH & G&A to post the accruals and reclass entries during the month end. Close the old period after all P&L items are closed and need to open the new period. - Run all modules revaluation and also need to check the out of balances in the Balance sheet to avoid the scorecard from the Management. Also ensure the IC variance should be zero. - Daily & month end BRS and Petty cash Reconciliation. Prepare and Disburse Cheque to vendors. Reconciling all bank accounts and vendor statements. - Standardizing the team reports and training the team for new activities migrating from site whenever its required- Preparing the SOPs and process flow charts for activities performed by team- Maintaining the process checklist of the team and validating the same for submitting to the controller and internal audit - Handling internal audit queries and coordinating with internal audit team for external audit - Posting all Costing, AR and AP related manual entries based on advice from site- Reversing the accrual entries once the actual payment has been accounted.
