Current- Coordination with all the departments for day to day operational requirements
- Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
- Taking care of entire company travel desk (Air, Train, Bus tickets & Accommodation, Local conveyance Booking).
- Monitoring & coordinating with Housekeeping & security teams for smooth functioning of office administration at Head Office.
- Looking after the site security/ Housekeeping manpower requirements and coordinating accordingly with vendors for smooth functioning of admin activities at site.
