1. Assist in policy development by identifying strategic priorities for the Pupuk Kaltim's engagement with other organizations and institutions2. Prepare evaluations and recommendations to the Manager and the Supervisor.3. Building and maintaining relationships with target audiences, including media, business associations, government & local communities to maintain a positive image for the company.4. Act as a focal point for activities related to cooperation between the Pupuk Kaltim and other organizations5. Monitor and analyze programme/project development and implementation6. Identify problems, issues, crisis or other potentially problematic situation to be addressed and initiate corrective actions7. Liaise with relevant internal and external partners to ensure follow-up activities.8. Support the Manager in the effective communication of Pupuk Kaltim’s vision and in developing and delivering communications plans for individual projects.9. Involved in the execution for PROPER Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup & Kehutanan Republik Indonesia.
