Sr. Engineer Quality Assurance/Documentation weld shop sheet metal• New Product development (Conduct QAV for BS6 parts – closing all MQ points & earlier mass production points).• Conduct Product & Process audit as per Audit Plan.• Conduct Random Surprise Service Audit at different stages Weld PDI,Paint PDI,Final PDI & FGS.• Road Map for continual improvement • Manage quality documents records, Line rejection analysis, Monthly Kaizen, Top 2 Rejection part CAPA Filled with Complete Action Plan.• Development/Implement/Validation of fixtures, gauges for defect free assembly with CFT. • Conduct quality communication meeting monthly with plant head, QA head & all depts.• Responsibility of Quality Assurance Documents. And all customer Audit as well as External Audit • Visit Customer End For Customer Complaints Coming in HMSI, and Submit 5WH1 Report with PPT• To preparing and maintain PPAP,MSA,SPC, APQP,FMEA. • Responsibility of Customer complaint to close on timely with evidence submit. • To provide Training of All PDI and Weld shop inspector Regarding new Parts of BS6 model.• To Involve with HR to provide training in company all department Regarding Quality problem, seriousness of parts, Risk bases analysis, and maintain 5s in company • Looking customer Complaints of Honda and take customer in confidence and ensure problem not repeat again take corrective and preventive action in house with evidence • Responsibility of improvement in product quality during product and process Audit.
