I am a social worker heading a NGO SURAKSHA which has the collaborative efforts of committed and dedicated like minded people to an Institution of Scale and Mass Movements for the causes of the poor and marginalised people in Karnataka State, situated in the southern part of India having its Head Office at Bangalore. The Transformative Process based on experiential learning and changing external environment and ground realities enabled SURAKSHA to face many challenges and make strong impact to serve the society based on the needs and requirements of the people.At Suraksha our mission is to empower rural and urban poor, youth, senior citizens, women and children in order to improve the Quality of life through provision of health, education and income generation. We are sure of building and Healthier, Cleaner and stronger society by imparting quality Education and training through our programs.
