PT. KB Insurance Indonesia is a general insurance company that provides services through Property protection, MV, Marine Hull, Marine Cargo, and Misscellanous as well as personal protection products. It's a member of the General Insurance Association of Indonesia (AAUI) and operates under of KB Financial Group, the biggest finance group in South Korea.Responsibilities: 1. Analyzing premium calculations and sharing reinsurance according to the predetermined contract agreement.2. Creating quarterly Statement of Account (SOA) reports consisting of premiums and settled claims based on respective shares.3. Assist the Reinsurance Manager on treaty renewal preparation. 4. Placement outward facultative to local and/or overseas reinsurers. 5. Liaise with internal teams, reinsurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to exchange information, resolve queries, and facilitate smooth operations. Foster strong relationships with external partners to ensure effective reinsurance management.

1. Receive report claim and make records. 2. Asess insurance policy coverage to determine if the loss or damage falls within the scope of coverage. Analyze policy terms and conditions to make coverage determinations.3. Participate in the prepation and daily claim reports and prepare supportive reporting for external and internal parties.4. Have coordination with claim analyst for any unclear information in system5. Develop teamwork to startegic project with team operations, IT teams and other business partners.

• Responsible for daily journal transactions• Engage in the monthly financial close process such as properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation• Validate all the proposed entries for all products transaction and ensure full cycles activities has been captured properly and timely in the system

• Reporting exceptions and following up on corrective and preventive actions needs to be done • Investigated spesific claims that may have potential problems or are suspicious• Manage excess claim, reject claim, claim turnover through timely, correct and updated report by reconcile & record• Manage settlement of dispute transactional issues with clients & insurers
