Consumer Payments Storage System: Technical Lead for traveler payment storage system responsible for securely maintaining the payment data of over 100 million travelers utilizing various payment methods.Led the design and implementation of a microservices architecture that effectively reduced Payment Card Industry (PCI) data to just 10% of clients by dividing the storage into PCI and non-PCI components.As a pioneer in a companywide initiative, led the migration of services to Kubernetes platform. Throughout the process, identified and addressed technical challenges, significantly facilitated seamless migration of other services. By utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the system, effectively planned, and ensured timely delivery of crucial team deliverables, while actively assisting the team in identifying timely solutions.Partner Payments Reconciliation System: Designed and developed a comprehensive, fully automated partner payment reconciliation system that successfully eliminated the tedious and error-prone manual process involved in generating final settlement invoices for Expedia partners. The system addressed the complex challenges arising from various booking methods and cost adjustments, resulting in a significantly enhanced settlement process for our partners. Led the team throughout the entire development life cycle, starting from gathering requirements (with minimal input from program manager), all the way to deploying multiple supporting components of the reconciliation system into production.
