I have a Responsible to support the senior chef to smooth operation within My section and shift! i have to plan the operation of section in the shift with regards to planning of Manpower and scheduling of daily operations! i have to plan all the food preparation! i have to check that all preparations are as per production plan and all foods are prepared as per standard recipes and with ( haccp )guidelines! i have to supervise operations of junior chefs to ensure smooth operation and timely production of meals as per required! i have to inform that upcoming cycles together with store ensure availability of raw materials to avoid any possible wastage due to excess stocks! i have to check the all production and presentation is correctly fallowing by line with demand and requirements!

i work as head chef for the engineer Mass with tata project limited Doha Qatar in (Qatar Project) .

i was worked as Chef de partie in Al hasemi catering company in Doha. when i was worked there i handled Indian And Chinese cuisine.
