Review and register any commercial issue during the development and preparation of contract3. Monitoring contract compliance by reviewing the Acceptance Certificates from vendors4. Verification of vendor invoices compliance in accordance with procurement’s PO and contractual obligation

Assigned to BSS Telkomsel ProjectResponsibilities:1. Administer BSS Project database2. Monitor of project GoC to comply PO requirements3. Provides project deliverable (BAST) with close cooperation with all department and 3rd party supplier.4. Manage variation orders by monitoring Change Control Document5. Define due date for every new issued PO based on agreed Implementation ScheduleAchievements:1. PO closure was done in time by delivering BAST (Acceptance Certificate) as per agreed schedule2. Amendment PO was done successfully (each amendment has value ~IDR 30 billion) by delivering the final BoQ as per approved BAST.3. Change Control Document is well managed and can be introduced to BAST immediately4. The lead time of delivery was achieved and inline with the Implementation Schedule5. Good coordination within internal and with local subcontractor.

Responsibilities:1. Technical clarification on material which will be used in a specific project.2. Forecast to factory monthly (using PLANCA web tool) in order to have the material in secure lead time.3. Material ordering, using SAP and COSMOS web tools.4. Managing the ordering and delivery to be inline with the Implementation Schedule

Assigned for BSS Telkomsel ProjectResponsibilities:1. Managing the monthly material forecast to Siemens Germany and local supplier.2. Controlling the timeline of issuing the order to Siemens Germany and to local supplier in order to be inline with the timeline of customer Purchase Order.3. Managing the order to Siemens Germany and local supplier in order to have an exact quantity as what stated in customer Purchase Order.4. Monitoring the completion of material delivery per PO per month.5. Preparing the Implementation Schedule, together with Project team, based on the manpower and material availability, the readiness of the site and site priority.6. Managing the Implementation to be inline with the Schedule and timeline of customer Purchase Order; and to, also, coordinate with the project team to have the Acceptance document immediately after the work finished.7. Provide data of actual Implementation to be used by BAST team to produce BAST and/or Change Control Document. This data can lead to Closing Contract.

Assigned for BSS Telkomsel ProjectResponsibilities:From Offer Preparation, in relation to the expansion of Telkomsel BSS Network, until PO issued by customer.
