I am a graduate of a Vocational High School (SMK) and I am continuing my undergraduate education for the employee class. I have good communication skills, am responsible and hardworking, I can operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint), I am a fast learner, I can work independently or in a team, and prioritize honesty in work.I have experience as a receptionist such as answering and directing telephone calls politely and kindly, welcoming visitors in a friendly and warm manner, receiving deliveries; sorting and distributing incoming mail, conducting inventory and restocking as needed, keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received. Apart from carrying out my duties as a receptionist, I also help with several HR Admin tasks, such as updating employee databases, inputting employee attendance and leave, assisting the recruitment process and being responsible for the Pettycash Office.
