Vice President Finance Business Partner (FP&A), India & APAC Real Estate costs.Job Profile Manage Real Estate cost base of £100m and space of 2.3million sft. Financial modeling to partner with management on Corporate real estate strategic decisions. IFRS 16 accounting for Corporate real estate leases, Fixed assets, Dilapidation’s etc. Collaborate with business to mode various cost management initiatives through technical deep dives, slice & dicing of data cutting across business units etc. Provide support & analysis on a range of technical issues in connection with the management accounts e.g. capitalization, amortization, trend analysis (act v budget/forecast) in relation to costs. Drive Budgeting / planning process for Corporate real estate, provide guidance to commercial owners on assumptions on various drivers for budgeting, cost challenges, Account lines etc. Drive monthly business reviews with commercial owners to understand and document explanation for material deltas (Act run-rates vs Budget, MOM movements, phasing, cost challenge, initiatives) for costs & FTE. Challenge plans to commit costs, identifying areas for cost efficiency & manage the delivery. Manage cost allocations. to business unit’s / front offices. Review and sign off on Real Estate balance sheet of £1b on monthly basis as controller.

Assistant Vice President - CFO Business Partnering (FP&A), Cost management, Asia costs (Markets & Banking, Infrastructure) ...Job Profile Manage APAC & India Infrastructure, Markets & Banking front offices cost base of £1b  Run financial modelling for Markets& Banking, Real Estate, Operations & Technology to partner with CFO’s on strategic decisions, Restructuring Cost management initiatives etc. Collaborate with CFO’s, business unit heads to mode various cost management initiatives through technical deep dives, slice & dicing of data cutting across BU’s etc. Drive central Budgeting / planning process for Infrastructure, Markets & Banking, provide guidance to Business managers on assumptions on various drivers for budgeting. Drive monthly business reviews with CFO’, Markets & Banking heads, business managers to understand and document explanation for material deltas (Act run-rates vs Budget, MOM movements, phasing, cost challenge, initiatives) for costs & FTE and feed them into CFO deck. Understand Markets & Banking, Infrastructure costs and headcount, driving consistency and best practice, through quality deep drill analysis into business and functional cost to aid decision making. Analyze and interpret past and projected future financial performance, monitoring and evaluating actual to target performance ensuring clear messaging, challenging. Work with Finance control teams, KPMG, PWC on APAC Statutory audits. Review Fixed assets, work with business managers on impairment testing, quarterly attestations.
