This job involved selling restaurant discount cards to customers door-to-door. The position was a self employed position working on a commission basis. Additional to this I have also been performing IT tasks for the company such as graphics design, spreadsheets, IT office skills and databases. After 9 months on sale i was permantly moved in to the office.

During my unemployment I volunteered for this umbrella youth charity performing IT tasks for them and developing ideas for events and facilitating IT social media strategy. My involvement included working the charities changemakers, the british youth council, the national youth agency and the princes trust.

As well as being a sales advisor my position also involved a lot of fault finding and IT troubleshooting working with the company's internet department. In this position I have worked with other employees to improve the waiting times on customer repairs the success of which I saw when I was asked to cover in another store who still used the old methods of.

I worked at the Newt as a Chef during my years at university. Working here I gained my basic food hygiene certificate, an ablilty to multitask and a passion for cooking.

Worked here during the summer of my first year at uni. It was my first foray in to the hospitality industry and led me on to my next job in Birmingham.

I served customers, prepared food and maintained kitchen hygiene standards.
