Scrum Master & It Business Alignment
CurrentResponsibilities as Business Analyst :- Work with business user to gather, manage, and communicate requirements to help them improve their process and system to solve existing business problems and/or better achieve their goals - Analyze and identify risk caused by process/system changes and provide suggestion to eliminate the risk- Conduct meeting and discussion with business user and various departments to discuss changes and ensure the goal is met- Design new/improved business model and ensure the new/improved business model meets the organization's goal- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure the schedule of the project is metResponsibilities as Scrum Master:- Prepare, moderate and post process to facilitate team meeting- Work with Product Owner to optimize product backlog- Maintain the team's dynamics- Solve problems and roadblocks within the sprint- Help increase the productivity of the team- Perform weekly reviews to stakeholders
