As an experienced Manager ppc department, I have successfully managed numerous projects by monitoring and tracking their progress, ensuring that they are completed within the set timelines, and updating daily progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed.One of my key strengths is my ability to analyze technical drawings and solve any technical queries that may arise. I work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all designs are in line with the project requirements, and any issues are addressed promptly.Communication is also a vital aspect of my work, and I have had the opportunity to liaise with managers, supervisors, workers, and clients on various projects. I understand the importance of clear and concise communication and strive to ensure that all parties are kept informed throughout the project.To ensure that all projects run smoothly, I also coordinate with other departments to streamline routine working procedures. I also facilitated the load feeding process to CNC Oxy-fuel machines, shearing machines, HSFDB machines, and band saw machines, using cutting layouts and PMRs. Organizing transportation of materials was another critical aspect of my work.I am committed to ensuring that all procedures are carried out safely and have been responsible for implementing ISO document formation. I take pride in my ability to implement 5S and have successfully implemented KAIZENs & continuous improvement initiatives related to cost, quality, process improvements, and housekeeping.Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to handle various client projects, including HPCL, NTPC, AFCON, VSL, L&T, GE Power, NCC-Pune Metro, NCC-Mumbai Metro, NCC-Nagpur Metro, J-Kumar, Vedanta, and others.In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in AutoCAD, Nirwana Plate Nesting Software, 1-D Hot-Rolled Nesting Software, and Pro-Nesting Software.
