  • Managed payload operation in GEO satellite systems for both Nusantara Satu Satellite (Maxar) & SATRIA 1 Satellite (Thales Alenia Space) simultaneously, while also involved in on-going Nusantara Lima Satellite (Boeing) project.• Day to day payload subsystem health monitoring through telemetries & procedures. • Regularly analyze the performance of active payload units, including parameters like TWTA input power, output power, thermal status, and anode voltage; and report the findings to both the manager and the customer.• Conducting analysis of Payload Digital Transparent Processing (DTP), focusing on subchannel gain and output power.• Working with multidisciplinary teams, such as Network Operation Engineers and the Network Monitoring Center, to maintain SLA traffic performance.• Payload optimization for Nusantara Satu and Satria 1 satellite; adjusting payload power, transponder management, link budget, beam adjacent interference management, payload reconfiguration; to maximize payload efficiency.• Utilizing Mission Control Center (MCC) operation software to send traffic requests to the Digital Transparent Processor (DTP) of the Satria 1 satellite.• Work with the operations team to address anomalies in payload subsystem• Using payload failure management tools (CARIOCA) to generate multiple solutions for active unit payload failures—such as those involving the Receiver, DTP, Up Converter, and TWTA—and to simulate these failure scenarios in the Dynamic Satellite Simulator (DSS).
