DDI supports organization to formulate and run strategic programs, such as assessment center, selection, learning, as well ass personal & organizational transformation.My current role as Learning Development Analyst includes:-Actively involved in the talent development project process and support the project manager in project implementation.-Responsible for creating, managing, and meeting the needs of talent development projects.-Develop and create training and development support materials to support employee learning and development.-Plan and carry out training based on the development plan that has been prepared, covering various aspects of skills and competencies.-Create and customize training materials such as reading, presentation slides, videos, case studies, and interactive exercises to support effective learning.-Evaluate the effectiveness of training through various methods, such as questionnaires, tests, or direct observation, and provide recommendations for improvement.-Provide advice and support for continuous development to employees who wish to continue developing their skills and knowledge.
