With over 15+ years of in-hand experience (7 years of international/overseas) in research, development & deployment of advanced semiconductor materials/devices for energy-efficient device electronics. Currently I work as a Technology Manager at Adani Solar, who is building the world's 1st ever fully integrated and comprehensive ecosystem of 10 GW Solar photovoltaic manufacturing in India (India’s 1st and largest vertically integrated solar company with 4 GW manufacturing capacity). I explore to understand, select and optimize the best processes and technologies for industry-leading PV manufacturing, such as PERC, TOPCon, HJT, Perovskite, Tandem, and Thin Film Solar Cells. Also excited to learn the integration and deployment of green energy solutions for various applications and sectors.My passion for sustainability and innovation stems from my academic background in physics, materials and nanotechnology, where I obtained my PhD from IIT Bombay and published multiple patents and journal papers on thin film semiconductors-based energy harvesting devices and transparent & flexible electronics.
