I am a seasoned Credit Card Operations professional with 16 years of experience at American Express India Pvt Ltd, my last role being that of a Senior Manager. As a Senior manager I was responsible to manage daily floor operations, Monitor and review individual / team performance, and conduct Performance management for direct reports – which entailed goal setting, development planning and performance reviews.Having always being a consistent high performer, in addition to my team management responsibilities,I was also tasked with driving a number of Directorate level initiatives. Most of them were cross functional in nature and based on the Six Sigma methodologies, aimed at improving processes and driving efficiencies.
