Current- As a Project Lead - managed a team of BI Developers, Designers, and Data Engineers and was responsible for the migration of an existing Dashboard in Domo to a hybrid dashboard in Power BI with real-time data that would be delivered to the mailboxes of stakeholders across the company.- Managed End to End Tableau Implementation for a leading Real Estate Organization, leading multiple customer meetings seamlessly in coordination with the onsite team to understand the current (As-Is) situation and discussed with the project team to arrive at the To-Be state. Complex tableau dashboards pulling data from multiple data sources were built after setting up the Data Warehouse in Amazon Redshift and with ETL Pipelines configured in Fivetran.- As a Project Manager for the BI Implementation for a major SaaS Player, worked closely with the client side Marketing Team to identify and pull up KPIs to monitor the impact and effectiveness of their campaigns in the major social media platforms including Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Worked in the agile model - led daily scrum calls to build the Power BI dashboards, with data from the above sources pulled to PostgreSQL via Fivetran.- Worked with Client's VP for Analytics and led the development of 30+ dashboards - end to end including Requirement Gathering, Wireframing, Dashboard development and adhoc- data analysis of Salesforce data. Dashboards covered all the major business activities such as P&L, Job Costing, Operations, Sales, and Human Resources.
