Identify and research new suppliers to meet new requirements• Procurement and supply of all types of production, engineering, drilling, general materials andequipment required for Oil and Gas operations.• Co-ordination with Abu Dhabi Government Organization for Project Clarification, Material deliveryand other clarifications.• Analyze the Oil & Gas Products suppliers as per the project requirement.• Review vendor quotes and ensure equipment selection meets contractual, HSE and operationalrequirements.• Tender Bid submission for Oil and Gas, Abu Dhabi Government Projects for General Trading.• Handles complete replenishment cycle for all types of materials that includes identification of theneeds, up to issue of purchase orders.• Negotiate & Co-ordinate with suppliers on Value Engineering, Material Lead-time, cost and qualityso as to maximize company profitability.• Responsible for availability of stock materials in right quality and quantity at the right time.• Work closely with Logistic team to ensure timely delivery of materials to client.• Coordinating with Local and International Suppliers for On-time material delivery to avoid delay.

• Analyse all Fit-Out suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliverhigh quality products at competitive pricing.• Coordinate with vendor on Continuous Quality Improvement.• Negotiate & Co-ordinate with suppliers on Value Engineering, Material Lead-time, cost and qualityso as to maximize company profitability.• Liaise with Contractors and Vendors to monitor the Project Progress and Track the delivery for longlead items.• Co-ordinate and arrange Review meetings with Project Directors and Managers in order to monitorprogress and foresee any bottleneck situations.• Review and maintain the supplier data base to ensure consistency in sourcing strategy.• Perform regular performance review of suppliers to drive continuous improvements.• Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the project and procurementtransaction.• Co-ordinate and follow up with various departments for Project document approval.• Ensure KPI’s are met and Project documentations maintained for Audit compliance.

• Preparation of Project Tender for Oil & Gas, Power, Telecom & Transport Industries.• Compilation of Datasheets and O&M Manuals for Security Systems.• Liaise with Security System vendors for quotations.• Quotation and Vendor Evaluation.• Interface with Product Line Planning Manager to plan and prioritize procurement activities.• Review Planned Orders; create Purchase Requisitions and follow-up on approvals.• Track Purchase Orders, Prepare and communicate Delays and Backlog Reports, to provide visibility to all stakeholders.• Periodical review of Procurement Logs.• Ensure Vendors adhere to the supply contract terms and conditions and highlight any non- conformance to the higher management.• Support Finance and Logistics Dept. in Supplier Payments and resolve Invoice discrepancies.• Monitor Weekly Project Progress & Man hours for the Projects.• Participate in Tender and Project Progress Review meetings.• Technical & Non –Technical Assistance to the Project Team members.• Co-ordination with Singapore, Oman, Egypt & Dubai company offices.• Consolidation, Reduction and Rationalisation of local supplier base.

• Design, Estimation and Sales Support for STENTOFON Intercom Systems. • Estimation and design of Intercom Systems and Master Clock Systems. • Assist Sales Engineers in System Design and process quotation. • Update Sales track record using NOUS software. • Customer Support. • Business Follow up. • Co-ordination and follow up for payment and arrange delivery of items. • Initiate Monthly and Yearly Management report. • Assist / Guidance for Technical Seminars and Presentations.
