Roles and Responsibilities: Involved in end to end recruitment process. Getting the requirements from the project heads or the delivery heads, analyzing the requirement with them to assess the exact requirement with respect to technology, deadline,number of resources required, and expertise expected of the resource, etc.  Have hands on experience in different job portals like Naukri, Monster etc. Prioritizing the requirements to ensure timely delivery of the manpower requirement. Posting the requirement in various job portals.  Sourcing of resumes through various sources like job portals, networking, mass mailing andinternal database etc.  Providing the clients with relative profiles, as per their requirement specifications and fixing the interviews accordingly. Arranging for walk-in, schedule or telephonic interviews for short listed candidates  Negotiating salary with the candidate. Generating reference from the candidates. Carrying out post recruitment activities related to Offer, Confirmation & Joining. Maintaining database on various skill sets. Trained new candidates for our team. Handled internal as well as external recruitment.
