Remote job• Understanding the job Description and head hunt suitable candidates as per the requirements.• Sourcing candidate profiles from job portals, existing database, professional Networking and other group sites etc.• Handle recruitment of the candidates as per the Job Description as an Individual contributor• Scheduling Candidates for the interview and Coordinating between Clients and candidates.•Follow and coordination with the candidates for interview schedules.•If the candidate gets selected, follow up with him/her for document submission and other formalities till the time he/she joins.

Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles with IT clients.Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.Follow up with existing candidates and mandatory documentation till the position get closed.

Responsible for managing the complete candidate life-cycle of recruitment , starting from the stage of an interview process till joining. Speak to candidates about the job openings and discussing the mandates with them. This stage involves taking preliminary interview of the candidates and gauging into the skill sets of candidates and assess their fitment to the job.
