She has more than 17 years of experience in the media industry, spanning across print, broadcast, and online platforms, in India and the US. A PhD candidate at Amity University, Devika is also researching the implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Indian journalism. Through her research, she is exploring the intersection of AI and journalism, and how technology can enhance news reporting, fact-checking, and storytelling in the digital age. She is passionate about the responsible and ethical use of AI in journalism, and the importance of perception, transparency, accountability, and community management.
