Talent Acquisition
- Gathering detailed job descriptions and skill requirements from respective Hiring manager / Delivery manager.
- Sourcing best talent from own database, personal/professional references, employee's referrals, Head Hunting, networking sites e.g. LinkedIn, Job portal.
- Screening of Resumes according to given Job descriptions & discuss with Hiring manager/Delivery manager, Expertise in managing IT specific Recruitments for full time job roles, strategic thinking, smooth and timely.
- Coordinating with tech panels for technical evaluation and feedback. Responsible for conducting Phone screening interviews for Video Conference or Face-2-Face Interviews as a Final round with the PM.
- Establishing & maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay connected for their current and future hiring. Support in developing and retaining the talents
- Conducting HR Interview with the Core HR team in order to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academics and Professional qualifications, Experience, Communication skills.
