-Mentor a homegroup of 26 students within the Schools Within Schools model (47+ ethnicities) with primary responsibility for students’ academic, and socio-emotional wellbeing.-Collaborate with Year-Level Teams and the English Domain to interpret and deliver the Victorian Curriculum (English Language and Literature), through strategically differentiated and modified teaching and learning.-Design and implement ongoing and comprehensive assessment for learning and upskill at point of need.-Develop ILPs in consultation with students, parents, colleagues and the wider college community.-Plan and differentiate teaching and learning using a variety of tools including ICT for students with low literacy and attendance, identified learning needs, trauma backgrounds, and language barriers.-Deliver oral and written feedback to students and parents through Compass, Round Table Conferences, regular conversations, and school meetings.-Actively promote and lead ‘literacy across the curriculum’ at after school achievement clubs (Years 7-12).-Initiate and organise intervention supports for PSD-funded students and those with additional needs through consultation with students, parents, subject teachers, and the wider college community.-Develop and contribute to Individual Learning Plans, Behaviour Support Plans, and Safety Plans by collating and maintaining updated records of feedback from subject teachers, wellbeing staff, and school leaders.
