•Operational Planning for smooth execution of Jobs on site. Currently coordinating Offshore Liner Hanger Jobs, Wellbore Cleanup, Thru-Tubing Inflatable Plugs, Packer Operations. •Managing deliveries of Sale & Rental Contracts. •Preparing Root Cause reports, failure investigations on site & troubleshooting. •Ensuring that department revenue targets are met through collections ontime. •Attending Technical & Operational meetings to plan upcoming operational requirements. •Contract Negotiations & Exploring opportunity of new orders.

To lead, assist & perform Analysis for Reliability & Performance Issues. Complete the Failure mode analysis as required for the critical equipment following ‘DMAIC’ steps.Provide Technical Reliability & Quality to identify any unsystematic or non -following of procedures to minimize any risks in operations. Maximize the process & minimize risk to prevent any gaps. Responsible for implementation of In-house QAQC process, maintenance & traceability of tools.Anticipating potential problems & recommending appropriate solution by reviewing the contracts / project framework work processes in own & related skill group.Ensure Bases / Workshops are upto the requirements of ISO 9001Certificates for Baker Hughes Operating system Adoption & Compliance Audits.

Work profile includes handling day-to-day ongoing activities of multiple assigned E&P Companies. Roles and Responsibilities include :1.Design and construction of the completions/workover program , instruct & Support the offshore / onshore activity in accordance to the well program.2.Coordinate with other groups / departments / service companies to ensure operations are safe & on time.3.Assist in troubleshooting of the ongoing rig activity.4.Ensure and control the revenue related to the project.Make sure expense is with in the approved budgets.
