CurrentResponsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of IT and Non-IT Professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the IT services industry.• Maintained an efficient database, with the help of which I could successfully deliver to the right IT/Non-IT people in right time.• Working with IT consultants of various experience levels on .Net, Java/J2ee, data warehousing, QA Tester, QA, SDET, Data Engineer, Tableau Developer, Business Analyst, Hadoop Engineer, Database admin, Database Developer etc.• Recruit various candidates for Non- IT and LI Roles such as: Accountant, Financial Assistant, Loan Processor, Executive Assistant, Marketing Manager, PM, Warehouse Worker and many more.• Negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, 1099 and Contract-W2 and full-time W2 (Salaried).• Sourced candidates by using different Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, X- Ray Search.• Responsible for doing reference check and coordination for background check, joining formalities, onboarding and allocation.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and fostering long-term connections.• End to End Recruitment• Back Grounds checks, Reference checks • Search and short-list candidates from job boards, search engines using different search techniques such as Boolean strings• Posting job adds on career Builder, Monster, Dice and on other portals• Provided full lifecycle recruiting by identifying staffing needs, create new strategies to obtain candidates, sourcing, and screening, interviewing and working in a fast-paced environment.• Participated in requisition qualification calls.
