Hi, I'm Devika! As an Academic Facilitator focusing on English language instruction and spoken English training, I’m passionate about empowering students through engaging and personalized learning experiences. At NalandaWay Foundation, I’ve developed interactive lesson plans that enhance language skills and encourage active participation, leading to significant improvements in my students' proficiency.Beyond the classroom, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to meaningful causes, such as volunteering for the Kaithang Project, where I helped support the education of underprivileged children. My academic achievements include winning the Literary Quiz at the Kerala university Researchers Fest and participating in various debate competitions at the district and national levels. I’ve also presented papers at national seminars, combining my love for education with a desire to address real-world challenges.I’m driven by the belief that education is a tool for transformation, both for individuals and communities.
