As a Product Designer Lead at Wayfair, I am committed to designing experiences and flows that meet user needs and achieve business goals. I have designed for facets of the e-commerce experience such as user generated content, browsing, SEO, ad to site landing experiences and the cart/checkout process. I have also had the wonderful opportunity to manage a few enthusiastic design interns which has been very rewarding! Coming from a strong background in business and psychology enables me to better understand the needs and motivations of both the users and the stakeholders. I also completed a Master of Science in Human Factors and Information Design from Bentley University, where I learned how to apply design thinking principles and multiple user research methods to create informed and accessible designs. I have worked with agile teams in various domains, such as healthcare and e-commerce, and contributed to multiple projects that increased user retention, engagement, and revenue, using data-driven insights and iterative prototyping. I aspire to keep making experiences accessible and usable for people with disabilities, and to explore the impacts of culture and emotion on design solutions.
