As the founder and director of a performing arts education company, I combine my business skills with my dance experience to bring South Asian fusion dance training to the youth of today and the artists of tomorrow. By creating a formalized yet personal approach to instruction of classes as well as the expansion of business, my goal is to increase access to dance training in South Asian styles and help students engage with and embrace their identity within the Indo-American diaspora. - Coordinated a 700-person wedding in Orlando, Florida helping to manage vendors, balancing multiple client expectations, and creating social media content for usage on Instagram and Tik Tok- Researched and developed a social media strategy to help the agency venture into the luxury wedding market

As an MBA Corporate Resident, I implemented new marketing and operations strategies for business development activities and events. In FY'17, I helped to bring new events to life that raised a total of over $285,000 for the organization. Continuing with the organization, post-residency, I worked part-time on supporting the progress of new marketing activities for FY' 18.

- Encouraged learning and confidence among at-risk youth from under-resourced communitiesthrough dance education- Developed the curriculum for and led the in-class instruction of 20 students in each class

As the subject matter expert in employment branding, I provided consultation to Executive Management and HR Leadership teams to develop recruitment advertising campaigns for critical hiring needs by influencing and educating leaders on new social media recruitment platforms and creative messaging strategies. I also helped establish TJX's employment brand through an integrated marketing strategy which included print advertising, social media, event marketing, and partnerships with Brand Marketing, Internal and Global Communication teams.

As one of two members within a new marketing team, I played a key role in building Philips North America's first employer brand campaign from the ground up. My focus was on leading an integrated marketing communications strategy for the campus segment which included social media marketing, guerilla/event marketing, digital/mobile advertising and CRM/email marketing communications. The role required me to wear many hats and work cross-functionally to influence and engage teams from marketing to recruitment to the actual core fields of the organization (technology and engineering.)
